We recently began a new children's ministry called Straight Street. Each Sunday night at 6:00 from the week after Labor Day til May 1 the "residents" of Straight St. (puppets & adult characters) lead our kids through bible stories, music, memory verse work, refreshments and games. The program lasts about an hour and a half with a follow-up session on Wed. night at 7 p.m. Every 5 or 6 weeks the residents revamp their street turning it into anything from a ranch to a beach to outer space or an island paradise, or who knows? There's always something new and exciting going on down on Straight St. Check out the pics of the construction and our first program.
